Lingua Scroll is a mobile application that teaches users the most common words in European Portuguese, Spanish, and French using spaced repetition. The App includes an optional feature that uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to block user-selected apps until a daily language lesson has been completed.
Subscription Plans — Access to Lingua Scroll requires an active subscription. Current plans are:
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will always be shown the current price before purchase.
Billing — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds — Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free Trial — If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All content within the App, including word lists, translations, example sentences, and audio, is owned by or licensed to Lingua Scroll. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse this content outside of personal use within the App.
Lingua Scroll is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingua Scroll and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling your subscription through Apple.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
